Hey guys, haven't been able to catch you streaming live for a while. Really enjoyed your Star Wars Unlimited content and now you made me dive into (I swore off CCGs over 20 years ago after I quit playing MTG!). I was wondering if you are still as excited about the game now a few months later?

Not sure if Mel realizes but Gabriel's reaction isn't forced so she doesn't need to do it every turn if she doesn't need a card. Also as it's a start of turn ability it means it can happen in any order with Kohaku's ability i.e if you have 2 bless & 1 curse use Gabriel to add a curse before using Kohaku to add a bless (or just getting an extra action).

this is like the third playthrough of this game ive watched where the players mispronounce the locations. Its strange to see so many people who play this are clearly not fans of the videogame. anyway, this really helped me to wrap my head around some of the finer details of the game, and the link to the combat guide was VERY helpful. thanks so much. it was also just an entertaining playthrough

This WAS a cool game . . . but this scenario got really tedious and confusing! Hope it mellows out so you can enjoy it more. Looking forward to tomarrows conclusion. :)

Disengage (from "stir the pot") doesn't cause an enemy to exhaust, so I think the Hybrid's elusive would have triggered at the end. It's a complicated scenario :)

Regarding fast travel at end of scenario: I just finished this one and had the same issue. I found a thread on BGG that pointed out the fast travel card you got on the previous mission (045) doesn't say to return or discard and is not temporary. So you should still have it for this mission and going forward as well.

tossing the gladius is also good, since you can always get another one at the start of each mission with that building you built.

1:43:29 How bad rules, bad design, ruins a good game.

I would love to do the same, video my brother and me playing warhammer 40K conquest the lcg, but unfortunately it would be hard for us to schedule such in a quiet and uninterrupted environment. But yet I still hope we can one day. In addition, I play with friends over discord using Tabletopsim and would like to video that, but unfortunately that also has difficulties. Nonetheless, I enjoyed watching your match and hope one day I can do the same. Let us not let Conquest fly silently into the void of lcgs that die out, but rather keep it alive by continuing to play and share it, eh? : )

I think it would have been a bit better if you saved at the city, did a shorter session going back to the citadel to catch new quests and do ones that needed the objectives achieved. But anywhoooo.

Great playthrough. I noticed some errors but we all make them. :) also.some rules are a bit confusing. Just got my sunless city core set and i really like the game. Hopefully they sfg will make encounter campaign cards for the old expansions.😊

02:02:50- I think the bookmark may relate to the door. The different colored pumpkins may be a path per the bookmark....maybe, but then again as I still only own 7th Continent (as of yet), this is only a wild guess.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts at the end of every video, Rob! Actually, I'm thinking that your channel could have benefited lots of extra viewers if there was a separate playlist of reviews... That said, that thought wasn't the trigger for this comment. I just ran into your channel (via Hexplore It actually) and instantly -subscribed.. (obviously!) I do have a question though, due to the fact that not everyone's pleased with this game, and although it's only natural, some really got disappointed by some design choices which made the game unnecessarily drugged down, while tension moments are left far behind.. As a gamer with a lot of experience with fantasy and adventure games, may you kindly share your thoughts about this factor in this game which some described as neverending anti-climatic feeling experience?

For anyone watching this later, ranged weapons are 1+ not 0+, unless your playing a character that allows it. Kyle did this in episode 2 and 3, with his demon bow. Also, banking items in the tavern is the same as saving tokens for later. The fastest way to get to the inventor is to save your highest tier items you are not using and when you have enough plus the quest loot you sell them all at once. Makes no sense to sell purples items for half their loot cost just to buy more blue items.

Great playthrough. So how does the repeat icon works? On the avellyn for example? Do you have to spend the stamina for.each repeat attack? Or only spend 4 stamina for the first?

At 1:27:00 you did a test to get food which said you should consider that you'd selected a card with the keyword "Projectile". I think that should have meant that you would be unable to select any of your own items with "Projectile" and so you shouldn't have been able to use the item that you did.
